The Southern White Rhino is the second largest land mammal on Planet Earth. At the beginning of the 1900s, poaching had decimated their numbers down to about 50 individuals, but rigorous conservation efforts have brought them back from the brink of extinction. There are now over 20,000 of these amazing animals left. They are peaceful, quiet creatures who wish to be left in peace. Let's make sure that Black Rhinos can also have a similar success story.
